Our Approach
Step 1: Explore
We will start with an exploratory call to gather information about the company’s current situation and its supply chain pain points. This step is essential to get a clear understanding of the work required and whether the project will include project delivery in addition to consulting.
Step 2: Design
Based on our confidential conversation, we will do initial research to outline the project scope and approach. Based on your inputs, we will establish what success looks like, agree on project milestones and deliverables, as well as costs and timelines.
